You are absolutely correct; it isn't a good survey by all means. You're also not supposed to care. However, I am sure you do realize this on your own.

I never expected someone to care, only the kindness to fill out the survey, and help someone else is what I would personally appreciate, or at least state an issue. Doesn't take nerve at all.
