Goodness gracious, great balls of lightning!
Ace Combat 6 is a damn good game and should have been put into the spotlight some more. The game has awesome gameplay, huge battles, an epic soundtrack, and fun/chaotic Co-op missions.

i lost AC6 years ago. still havent gotten over the lost. i really, really enjoyed that game. i bought it on a whim too.

I just kept using the same plane over and over again until I didn't suck. Took out the smaller ones several times, and got several of Strigon down, but would always end up doing something wrong and getting killed. I still remember when I tried to focus on Strigon first and they lured me away from the Carrier, so they started launching missiles at me. Such shame :(

And I usually used the ship that you'd unlock from the previous mission. Only time that really bit me in the ass was with the Tomcat. And the A10 on the storm the beaches mission was good, until the only enemies left were 2 Fighters that I couldn't catch, and my wingmen wouldn't do shit about.
