What's so great about Xbox exclusive games?  The only game for Xbox that I ever thought was noteworthy was Halo 3.

That's really hard to do without noticing.

I can understand people not wanting to have the hassle of trying to fix a game bug themselves, but on the off chance that a game doesn't work right, it takes about 10 minutes of Google-searching tops to find the fix.

Also, a lot of services do have a "find on Facebook/LIVE/PSN" function, if the concern is that you don't know if you'll find all of your friends: if they don't, and they are really good friends, you could just talk to them.  As for the achievements: are some shiny badges with numbers, that no one else pays much attention to, really going to be such a huge part of what keeps you associated with a service?  Honestly, the only thing that should hold any weight out of that XBL argument is any PC-less friends.

Then you haven't played many exclusives then.

No I haven't, because I don't care about exclusive console games.  Unless the library of exclusive games for a console has some beyond phenomenal titles I won't buy a console

But I need it to be included, and fully supported by every game.

Why?  A mouse and keyboard work just fine for playing games

  Making consumers buy multiple parts, then have to Google things and then assemble them personally isn't a business practice I support. If they want my money, I need a functional finished product after 1 purchase.

That's the way a lot of products are.  Not everything is plug and play.  And you don't have to build one yourself.
