Unimaginative and overall dumb characters is the big one. And since a FF game is only as good as the characters in it, that's a huge drawback. Kefka is a joke, such a cartoonish and cringy villain. Not to mention the whole jobs system was a colossal failure.

Not my fault other people like it. That doesn't mean I'm obligated to as well.

If you thought it was uncompetitive before you should see it now

A few months back most of the pros stopped playing on the public servers all together just because the ranked system was so fucked

Not to mention i got a completely unwarranted 2 week ban by the automated system and riot refused to even look into my case
