Should I buy it?

I  haven't gotten far hear from people the story is as good as Time and Darknes and Sky, plus I love the Pokemon Mystery dungeon games, so I'd recommend it regardles.
Just know chapter 6 will hit you with a massive difficulty spike.

but it IS a 1 star difficulty mission, just spam blast seeds to win.

that's what i did on my 2nd try lol

i barely learned that blast seeds do like a billion damage. i remember them being ehh in Explorers of Time, so i never really tried using them in this game.

yeah, the seeds are OP in this game, sorta wish that it wasnt the case with how little they cost, and how easy it is to get them IN the dungeons themselves.

Oh my fucking god what even was that fight just now?
I had to do that about 4 times

That shit literally had about 350-400 HP and one-shots you and every member of your team. How the fuck are you supposed to win that shit without getting lucky and having at least 3 blast seeds and a Sleep orb? Did nobody fucking check that shit before the game was released?

EDIT: And then on top of that, this just goes to show how absolutely retardedly broken the item ballance is in the game too.If you get to buy blast seeds or reliably farm them then there goes all the bosses.

The salamance is level 50 -_-
there goes any challenge for the rest of the game unless it decides to throw another ridiculous and unreasonable "difficulty spike"  in

the salemence can only be USED once every 15 missions or so, so not really.
