It's a week long 24-hour speedrunning marathon raising money for Doctors Without Borders run by http://speeddemosarchive.com/ and http://www.speedrunslive.com/

A wide variety of games are run and the people running the games at these events are always very well practiced or even record holders for the games they run.  There's always some awesome stuff to watch, check it out this week.
