They never 'plamned' to port spartan assault but they did. I'll wait on Xbox one, apparently the story is incoherent and a bit fuzzy.

well i downloaded it on my laptop and the controls suck, so i went over to the desktop and installed it but ive just been too lazy to play

No idea, but how good was the deal? If it's not fantastic I would advise skipping Spartan Assault, especially if you don't get the Xbox version for the multiplayer.

Yea, I sort of regret buying Assault even at 3 bucks. I guess I'll buy Strike in a few minutes on my laptop. Reviews are good on it.

It's not so much a story, rather than a simulation. It's like meant to be an in-universe game for them. They seemed more sincere about not porting it this time around, and by the way this one is so finely tuned over Spartan Assault I really don't think we're going to see this anywhere else. Although, they did already release it on Ipad... So, you never know.

I know the rough story. In disssapointed War Master wasn't a spartan character like Palmer or Davis were. And there's some stuff about Mombasa, type of scarab on bridge and two tanks and stuff that are slightly out there.
