Yeah I read this yesterday. Absolutely haram! It was an unauthorized transaction on his card through their service, they need to fully refund him back to his bank account. Not stupid PSN credit.

Happens the same way with MS, they can't undo transactions on haccked accounts and won't refund, they only lock the account down and prevent further damage.
