The only console I called 'the Nintendo' was the SNES since it had Nintendo in the name. Plus I was like 5 and that was essentially the console at da tiem.

My parents mostly know what's up when it comes to consoles at least. They were gamers back in the day, and they usually know what I'm on for gift cards / etc.

Pretty much all products. Kept calling my PS2 a Nintendo for years. Then when they got grandkids(My nephews) they wised up.
