basically I want DS3 but I have no money atm and I have LotF from a steam sale a while back, should I bother?

The angel agreed to trade a set of white wings for the head of another demon. Overjoyed, the demon killed one of his own and plucked the head right off its still-warm body.

The angel then led the demon to heaven, where he underwent centuries of the cruelest tortures imaginable. Finally, the pain was so great that he lost consciousness - at which point his dark wings turned the promised shade of white.
Why not, you should probably wait for the 'The Fire Fades' edition of DS3 anyway.

It had potential, but was pretty much Diet Dark Souls.

Only if you play Souls games as a fat tank. It's kind of fun, but ultimately no substitute for Dark Souls. That said, I got it free one month a while back and I doubt I would pay more than $10 for it.

Personally I didn't like it, but give it a try and see for yourself if you like it, couldn't hurt.
