I was talking to the Managing Director of the Bethesda studios in Australia, named Simon Alty, whom appeared and went around the expo,  talking about as much as he could with the gamers.

Once the Expo ended, the Bethesda booth (Which was more like a small apartment) allowed all the cosplayers in Fallout attire stay back and have photos taken and talk to the team and get freebies ect ect., I wore the prototype Pipboy, it was awesome :3

He got us to gather and offered us to ask him questions. I for one, being the only NCR ranger, asked him, will 'this' *pointing to my costume*, and the NCR be present in Fallout 4?  Now Im not aware of how much he knows about the game, but all he said was ".....I cannot comment sadly"

Now....this has got me hyped as fuck either way, probably going to lead to disappointment, but dammit its the closest 'maybe' I've gotten on the subject.

squeeee

The NCR won't be in fallout 4. They're on the opposite side of the country.

Riot gear could, though.

Gear is all I want, so I can spread the influence of the bear.

Though, hell if the Brotherhood could have spread that far, whose to say the NCR didnt send expeditions out along the continent. I hear people saying whats the point? But its basically untraversed land for them, why wouldn't they want to scout it.

An entire influence in Boston? I know that wouldnt be possible.
