Reach has good AI
Remember when grunts and jackals fled when you killed their superiors? Pepperridge farm remembers
I played Tartarus on Legendary a little while ago and noticed it's the exact same routine as any boss in Destiny.-slow, dumb bullet sponge walks around-bring in 20 minions, where the challenge actually takes place-rinse and repeat. No state changes. The battle is never an engaging challenge, just one that tries your patience, and you only ever die because the tons of minions spawn out of nowhere.
