Ratchet could take on Master Chief, but let's not pretend pitting him against an entire universe is realistic.

the one true God is Doctor Doom and we should all be worshiping him.

They'd simply not let that happen. They can create and destroy life as they please. They can die and come back to life as something else entirely just for fun. There isn't really any way around this. They're as OP as it can get. The R&C universe has nothing that can even compare.
Where the hell is Clank during all of this?
Does he have anything that can realistically protect him from the Halo Effect, and how good are his weapons at crowd control without needing to cycle/reload/vent excess heat? Can he viably protect himself from an Orbital bombardment from the Covenant, Sword, UNSC, Forerunners or Ancient Humanity Naval forces, and deal with their ground forces? Sentinels, Promethean and Monitors? Some ridiculous amount of Flood? If so, then yes.
1. Carbonox is considered the strongest material in the R&C universe and the in-game armor can absorb 90% of incoming damage and a few blasts from the Supernova or RYNO can destroy a Halo ring faster than you can say "343i a shit."
2. The RYNO II is a fully automatic missile launcher capable of literally destroying anything it touches. It has 100 missiles before it needs to be reloaded. The Supernova shoots out a seemingly endless stream of ion cannons that instantly vaporizes its targets and turns them to ashes. UNSC and Covenant ships don't stand a chance against these weapons.3. Sheepinator + Flood = lots of sweaters and shirts to be made

That's cool but is it perfectly sealed and all? The Halo effect is more a wave than a projectile. And Destroying a ring is well and good but you'd have to find them first. Between 7 rings the pulse can reportedly wipe the entire Galaxy clean. Quote2. The RYNO II is a fully automatic missile launcher capable of literally destroying anything it touches. Sheepinator + Flood = lots of sweaters and shirts to be made So it can reliably take out a few hundred thousand ships before any one of them can open fire/emergency slipspace? Does the Sheepinator work against energy shielding and non-sentient beings? Sure Ratchet wouldn't need to sleep or die of boredom before the entire flood are turned into sheep? I've gotta play this game just to see how they managed to make shit this op and still have it be famous.

I've gotta play this game just to see how they managed to make shit this op and still have it be famous. The Carbonox Armor is perfectly sealed and it even covers his tail unlike some other armors from the games. Ratchet had no problem traveling from galaxy to galaxy in the games so finding all of the rings will be easy. The RYNO II's missile lock-on feature is insane and can track down anything, plus the missiles move at almost lightning-fast speeds. The Supernova is a free-fire weapon and since its radius is so massive, nothing can hide from it. The Sheepinator can turn anything into harmless sheep, even giant hulking robots to disgusting slime-oozing creatures alike. The beam that emits from this weapon never overheats or runs out of energy either. These weapons are just a small fraction of all the OP weapons from the series. The Rift Ripper shoots out black holes that suck enemies into it and sends them to other dimensions. The Zodiac shot out beams of light that hit anything in Ratchet's line of sight and turns them into ash piles. The Suck Cannon sucks up small-to-medium sized objects and shoots them back out as heat-seeking missiles. And lastly, the Tesla Barrier puts a shield around Ratchet and blocks any incoming danger and shoots out lightning to anything near him.
