On Club Nintendo, on your to-do list, there will be a message telling you to redeem your Flipnote code.
It gives it to you and you can download it in the Settings section of the 3DS E-Shop.

Have you done any animation

Mostly mediocre tests. I did do one that TBlocks found funny but nothing else. I can't seem to find some of the new features like the paint bucket tool.
