The only collectors editions of games I got were pre-owned. It was worse than buying new because back in the time of online passes, you couldn't play with other people unless you opened your wallet for another gutting.

So you get the game, RRP £55 in the UK, £40 say because I'm not a retard who buy games from GAME new.

Then you get the usual collectors paraphernalia like a poster etc, which I don't really care about but it's nice enough. Then the pipboy itself which is going to be the remaining £50 or so. It's a gimmick, sure but it's one that I'd like to have. The ingame synching stuff will be a nice little novelty too, but mostly it'll be a trophy stand thing which I'm perfectly fine with.

It'll go nicely with some of my other fallout stuff in my room, which I don't really have enough of as it is <.<
