Then there's Halo 3 which has hardly any campaign focus. After Halo 2 they stopped trying with the campaign. Then there's Halo 3 which has barly any campaign focus. ...a game that has hardly any campaign focus to it. With Halo 3 they forgot people play the campaign.
The game you lot are crying for already exists.
There really is a nostalgic factor that twists what the OG trilogy actually was. When Halo 2 launched, it was globally hated by Gaylo fans. There was even a website I believe called Halo2sucks.com. Halo 3 wasn't quite as hated but still, it was different so people hated it.
H5 is a new game by a new company, it must be different.
You can't repeat the same game for 20+ years. Look at Mario, he made the switch to 3D back on the N64. That was a HUGE change and since then, Mario has gone to motha fuckin space. 30 years later in this fuckin Italian plumber is still relevant and still in fun games.
Change is welcome if its good change. And good change is what keeps a game relevant.
Copy and pasting will only slowly lead to the death of a series. Just look at what is happening to Cod. It is dwindling in online population and its losing hype.
H5 is most certainly good change

They are not masterpieces that must be the inspiration for all sci-fi and/or shooter games. H5 is a new game by a new company, it must be different. You can't repeat the same game for 20+ years. Halo hasn't changed enough and hasn't changed in a positive way which is why it is starting to become irrelevant.
Honestly, I played the Halo 5 Beta once with a friend then got bored of it and haven't touched my Xbox One since.

For the early access I was playing it and now I can't last more than a minute. After the first time dying I just jumped onto Shadow of Mordor. I like the gameplay but it feels to damn slow.

There was just nothing that interesting or fun that made me want to keep playing it, and I haven't played Halo online in months, so I'm sure not worn out of it.

The combat itself is pretty fast it's pretty much what you said. A lot of the time I'm searching for someone and when I do find someone I usually get double teamed.
Thank sprint.
Quote from: Sly Instinct on January 11, 2015, 06:32:40 PMThank sprint.I don't see how sprint has anything to do with that, if anything it's the fact that the enemy team is coordinated and you are not.

Even without having/using sprint in those games for the 4V4 playlist I still spent a good portion of my time looking for people. The time spent looking for people is about the same as I do in Halo 5.
-Multiplayer is now the main focus of Halo when it should be Campaign - No Elites in multiplayer.... again.
