They didn't announce anything new as far as I know.

I suppose we won't know what the final evolutions of each starter are until the game releases, huh? That's always the deciding factor for me.

Gen V's were fine, save Emboar. Gen VI's were garbage and that really prevented me from enjoying myself.

You didn't like Braixen/Greninja?

Also there's plenty of Pokemon you can use besides the starter. It can actually make the game more challenging and fun sometimes if you do a no starter run.
