I remembered the line from the Hindu scripture, the Bhagavad-Gita.
Vishnu is trying to persuade the Prince that he should do his duty
and to impress him takes on his multi-armed form and says,
"Now, I am become Death, the destroyer of worlds.."
I suppose we all thought that one way or another.

Halo 2 Camo was dreadful no doubt.
But anything else was pretty dang good.

If used properly, Garrus can still be caught off guard long enough for Thel to get somewhat close. You're not allowing for the intelligent use of said camo. You're not going to catch everything if you're not expecting for your enemy to be cloaked.
