Parrying in Dark Souls 2

What do you think of it? Personally I don't like it as much as in DS1 (AS WITH MOST THINGS) but eh, I dunno. I miss riposting and just stabbing them with my spear. Takes too long in DS2.

Once you have that and dodging mastered, the game becomes a breeze.

I don't think anyone parrys in DS2 outside of PvP. I know I didn't.

Tbh It's doable with a good shield. No need to dodge.

I found parrying easier in 1(not counting the super monastery scimitar in 2). But in 2 it is insane what things you can actually parry that you really shouldn't be able to, I enjoy doing it to as many enemies as I can in 2.

It's mostly fine, especially since they nerfed the redonkulous crits.
