I remember their was an app for pokemon black/heart gold that would let you create and choose everything you want from your pokemon you didn't even need a filthy Casul action replay all you needed was too change your ip and that was all that's how I got a shiny Arceus a long time ago it was for the old DS don't know if it works on the 3DS
