It's a random little world generator (endless world) that I just made, not sure if I should keep expanding this into something or just scrap it.

I'm out of ideas for what kind of mini-games to make.

You mean something like zelda? Or do you mean with no story like terraria?

I can't really make anything with a decent story or characters. Just trying to figure out something that would be fun gameplay wise.

I probably shouldn't be trying to help you considering you probably know more than me, but I wanna put my 2 cents in.

 best way to make good stories is to create a character, and give that character a dream. then you create an antagonist/force that has motivations or directly goes against those morals. build up a world around these two characters, building more and more events that eventually lead to the final clash of ideals.


as for gameplay. go with what works, and have fun with it.

Why not get someone else to help with story? Then you can build the gameplay around that.

yea, the squares reminded me of military units on a simulation, but individual characters could be cool as well.
