You're severly wrong about the minimum system requirements, replace them with this-Mimimun-A computer made by jesus christ himself but it'll still struggle to hit 20 fps
i7 5820K @ 5ghz and 2 Gtx 980ti's and I can't hit a stable 60fps...

I doubt it'll do anything for the PS4 emulation scene, but its a fuck up regardless.
I feel quite bad for Hellogames tbh they seem like they good intentions. Developers fucking know what's their game is like though so they could also be trying to pull a fast one.

I'm sure patches will at least make the PC port bearable. But yeah, a rocky launch is never good.
