Are you referring to the square-cut lines in her visor severely undercutting the pressure her helmet could take before cracking? That and the unnecessarily bulbous shape.

343's interpretation of the Halo universe is more Soft Sci-fi than Bungie's was. Not to say that Bungie's could be considered Hard Sci-fi, but 343's is just softer.

Kelly's helmet looks great, which is what matters. Not the integrity it'd have if IRL physics applied in games.
