You either die a hero or live long enough to become Mythic..
WARNING! MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD.

So I asked what people think of it quite while back, so now i'll be giving my full review.

I haven't seen all of what Inquisition offers, but I have 60-70 hours packed into the game before I beat it, so I have experienced a lot. Now let's begin.

Graphics: Wanted to get this one out of the way first.
On my Xbox One, it looks absolutely amazing, maybe not as great as some games on X1, but beautiful nonetheless. I did not get why everything had to be so shiny though, I got used to it later on so it didn't bother me too much though.

Story: This'll be a big one.
So the game opens up on the main menu with the Conclave, a meeting meant to bring the Rebel Mages and Templars to an agreement, ending the war. However when you start a new game you see the Conclave blown to bits, which is where this begins.
So you start off in the Fade, after you create your character you are running away from demon spiders, then a mysterious green lady holds out her hand to save you, once you grab her hand you get teleported out of a Fade Rift with a glowing mark on your hand.

So you play as the "Herald of Andraste" or "The Inquisitor" throughout the whole game. Fighting against the forces of Corypheous. The whole story is kinda....average, nothing too unique or special happens that keeps you on the edge of your seat, sure some things are quite interesting. I really want to learn more about Flemeth and Solace after this game. The Characters are....good and bad, they are all unique to eachother, but you have really seen all of the characters in a game, book or movie before. Each of the stories between them have something interesting, but again, we've seen them all before. I only liked Blackwall and Iron Bull's companion quest out of them all.
Another thing I didn't like, Corypheous is supposed to be this all powerful being, who has the power of an Archdemon and armies of demons and Venatori behind him, but you spend half the game just kicking his ass, he literally becomes desperate by the end of the game, doing absolutely anything to beat you, which he loses at as well.
Then there is the ending, uuuuuuuugh the ending. All this buildup and this?! If you were hoping for a huge battle, his forces against yours, you'll be dissapointed to see that barely any of your choices throughout the game affect the ending. I wanted to see the Bull's Chargers going straight into the fray killing demons, I wanted to see the Templars and Grey Wardens fight side by said against abominations. I got none of that. While the slideshow ending with Morrigan Narration did make it a little better, I was very dissapointed to see how, again, you just kick Corypheous' ass with barely any risk.

Gameplay: So gameplay wise, this game is good and bad, battles can be interesting and fun, but the strategy that went into previous games isn't here. One glance at the tactics screen shows that, and that one mode in battle was basically useless, I used it twice in my whole playthrough, TWICE.
That doesn't mean the battles are bad, they are a lot of fun and there is still some strategy put into it. I also highly suggest trying Knight Enchanter if you're a mage, the battles as a Knight Enchanter are great, and you are basically unstoppable.
One thing I need to mention is how the game starts you off though, in previous games you started with two or three people to control, wasn't too difficult to get used to, then later one you get four once you get used to the tactics and roles you can make the characters play. In Inquisition, you get about 15 minutes of 2 man team action before you are thrusted in with 4 people in your group. Then you get to the Hinterlands about 30 mins later, and you are completely overehelmed by this HUGE map, the devs have actually said The Hinterlands is bigger than all of DA:O I believe. That is an intimidating thing to know, now you have to figure out where to go and what to do, before you know it you are lost and just trying to figure out where you are. The MMO style really didn't work with the game IMO.
However, almost all dungeons I have found don't need to load into, instead just loaded in with the whole map. A huge plus IMO.
Just another gripe is how most conversations you have are not in cutscenes, however I give it a pass since this game is huge and all story/companion quests have cutscenes.

Overall, I give this game a 7/10, even with it's issues it's a really fun game, with so much to do and great battles to fight(Dragons anyone?)
This is definitely a game to play if it goes for sale, but make sure you have the time to play this huge game.

A flower which blooms on the battlefield
Gameplay sucks.
Story isn't good post-Act 1.
Padded to the brim with crappy MMO quests to make it longer.

The world building was better than Origins.
The characters were decent. The companion banter was pretty good.

6/10 at best
Origins is still the best DA game.

I think that DA:I will be forgotten in time. The Witcher 3 will be the fantasy rpg people look back on (whether positively or negatively) and ME:A will put DA:I far into the shadows as the Bioware game of the early years of the XB1/PS4

Origins was the best, but those dragon fights doe, epic battles to the end.

They weren't that good.
I just had Blackwall stand under them attacking them because he's OP.

You will find out who you are not a thousand times, before you ever discover who you are. I hope you find peace in yourself and learn to love instead of hate.

not really, it's hasn't been too long since the witcher came out and there's hardly any talk about it if any.

People talk greatly about games that will be forgotten. There was a shit-ton of jabber about CoD Ghosts (a game that will be forgotten, surely) whereas there was relatively little talk about SoM-a game that surely will be remembered for years to come

I honestly didn't really mind all the MMO quests because of how beautiful the environments were and how easy they were to complete while exploring. As long as you pick them up early, they basically complete themselves.
