I still think Ocelot was wasted in MGS4. He should have been Ocelot doing Ocelot things, not Ocelot being 'lol im liquid'

The salute didn't bother me as much but I think it would have been more emotional if he couldn't even finish the salute because he was too weak.

The salute was the biggest offense in the game, IMO.

I hated when they re-released Snake Eater with that stupid cover art.

The entire reason he salutes is to milk MGS3. The cigar lighting scene achieves the whole "he's too weak" aspect better.

It's just needless fan service that kinda makes the series' strongest moment less impactful in retrospect.
