So now I see the Skullface=Big Boss theory has some merit to it.

God damn. It wasn't the best trailer but fuck it got me hyped. Crazy how ST84 transformed into Gypsy Danger at the end. I half expected Eli to be like "Fathaaa!"

That final scene where Big Boss and the crew (INCLUDING ELIQUID) got me SO amped.

I just don't understand why they would develop Skullface so much in Ground Zeroes only to make him Big Boss's other personality...

I see ST84-Metal Gear has been renamed to "Metal Gear Sahelanthropus".

A quick google search of "sahelanthropus" tells me that it is believed to be a bipedal ape-like species that existed roughly 7 million years ago. It may have been around the time of human/chimpanzee divergence.

I've always been able to do that. I don't care about continuity - I care about storytelling, gameplay and overall polish.

Part of why I don't like MGS4 is that it cares too much about continuity.

Seeing as how it's an Orbital Frame, it's reasonable to assume that's where the pilot sits.

Your Zone of the Enders references are lost on me. Metal Gear and Yu-Gi-Oh! are the only Konami games I've played.

You should get on that, then. Maybe when you're done with TPP in about a decade or so. The first game is trash but the second is great.

The rest of my Snake costume didn't arrive in time for the con I went to so I had to improvise at the last second and go as Summer Snake.
