Which one? They stopped using the theme from MGS1~PO in MGS4 due to legal issues.

Also, who's up for a full playthrough with Full Stealth, Subsistence, and Extreme on? I may try one day...

For those who don't know(And I don't even know if these modifers were on the other games), Full Stealth means if you get spotted at all, the mission ends, Subsistence means you start with no items or help, and Extreme makes you take a lot more damage.

It is canon. There are just parts of it that aren't, and they've never been clear on what is and isn't canon.
