The Witcher's beard growing back in the Witcher 3 as you play, I thought that was a nice touch

the one true God is Doctor Doom and we should all be worshiping him.
Arkham Knight's rain is superb. The passive comments the Witcher from the School of the Cat in the DLC makes about what Witcher school armour Geralt is wearing was a nifty touch. Like, if you're wearing Feline armour, he'd make a joke about it and call him a crossbreed.

I'd need to set aside all other games.

The hallucinations of the Joker Batman sees on billboards. statues, etc. in Arkham Knight.
Did you know that the gas mask in Metal Gear Solid doesn't work underwater? The developers specifically coded the mask so it wouldn't slow the oxygen meter while submerged, and there's exactly one spot in the whole game, right at the start, where water is present. I thought that was really interesting.
