I didn't like Majora's Mask all that much because I always felt it was in the shadow of Ocarina of Time, and a lot of the gameplay/dungeons I played were just meh too me. I just didn't like the world. Never said anything about Halo at all, but yes I would place Reach over CE, because CE literally had no story, level design would make me want to shoot myself, and the gunplay itself was sloppy and unrefined.
