It's safe to say they didn't play test them and if they did it was a piss poor job. Beside him running around the top of that snow map when it comes to SWAT the spawns are just shit. People shouldn't be dying a second after the spawn and they shouldn't be spawning feet withing an enemy player. One spawn I ended up dying the moment I spawned because the game spawned me in cross fire.

Step 3) Let Bullet magnetism and the spawns take care of the rest

The sad thing is that what you said is not fair from the truth at all. The spawns are that bad where you just have to go a few feet in any direction and you can get a kill off a spawnd player. Halo 3 and Reach have small maps for SWAT but they weren't this bad. Sprint can't even be a factor to it since you can have these maps in Halo 3 and still have the same problem.
