Apparently Nintendo decided that they wanted to make it so the 3DS is incompatible with universal power adapters in order to force people to buy different charger plugs for each region.

Because of this I'm going to have to wait until the closest GAME opens up in a couple hours so I can walk a 6 mile round trip just to be able to play some damn vidya.

I think it's also region locked, isn't it? I wanted to get one of the Japanese ones off of eBay, but none of the US games would work with it.
