I hope they use the Spring-Heeled Jack folklore in AC Victory

Make him an Assassin. Or apply it to the English Assassin Brotherhood in general.
It fits perfectly with how Assassins are parkour experts and leaping across rooftops to get around.

If it's late 1800's they could use Jack The Ripper, which would also work brilliantly.
