How Would You Lable Your Playstyle?

In the most common style of play, as in the behavior you have while you are playing a variety of games. What would you label it as?

I am what I would call CAUTIOUSLY AGGRESSIVE. I like moving fast, and attacking with sheer force. But I remain aware of my environments and what is happening around me. This shines for me in Battlefield and many FPS games, and it is what is hooking me currently in Bloodborne.

Stealthy if I can be bothered. If it goes to shit then I fuck everyone in their ass.

This is mainly in games like AC, Far Cry and stuff.

varies from game to game.

in competitive multiplayer games like halo, im a team player first and foremost. i put shots on everything that moves, make good callouts, and make sure my team knows enemy/weapon/equipment spawn locations/times

in single player games, i play deliberately and cautiously, always aware of my surroundings. i like to explore in singleplayer games, too. ive spent a few hundred hours just exploring the Mojave and Capital Wastelands.

Halo is me just me going in doing killings.

But I mainly just play cautiously for my own gain.

Using C4 for everything in FC3/FC4 is the way to play.

I have a terrible problem with being ocd about stealth in games where it's applicable. For example I will restart the checkpoint every time something goes wrong in Assassin's Creed games. And before that was a feature I would kill myself so it would reset me to the same effect.

For shooters I dunno, I do have a habit with using the less popular weapons and trying to do well with them, there are a lot of underrated weapons out in gaming I like to use.

the strategy's development is often more fun for me than the procedure
but if everything goes according to plan, and everything comes into fruition, i derive a lot of satisfaction from that

but of course, the game has to allow me to have that type of experience
FPS games aren't like that--you kinda have to think on your feet, which i struggle at, especially if i'm working with a team

fighting games are like FPS games in that regard, too, but fighters are actually one of my favorite genres because of a few key differences

you can actually train in fighting games and develop strategies that way, unlike FPS

this idea that people can be "better" or "worse" than someone at an FPS is asinine to me

there's no nuance there

if i shot you first, would that really make me a better player? because that's all it really takes to win--whoever shoots who first.
fighting games, i would argue, are a lot more sophisticated

if you lose, it wasn't just because someone hit a button before you did, unlike in an FPS
it was most likely due to a much larger number of factors, including dropping combos, your own poor execution, failing to use a better move at a better time, having a bad character matchup etc. etc.

the most nuance i get from FPS games in that regard is, "the gun you used sucked"
and how often are the guns fairly placed on the map anyway?

anyway, whatever, i just know people are gonna get all angry now
because i'm pointing out the most untouchable genre's flaws
