Shooting up the guy, he armor locks. His buddy runs in, hes also about to die, he also armor locks. They're two friends run up and finish you off while you're weak from fighting with armor lockers.Other than those scenarios, armor lock wasn't too bad... I found it way more useful on Big Team Battle when vehicles would try to ram me. I got 9 armor lock kills in one match by armor locking enemy ghost rammers, a few of them coming at me from behind (that radar can save your life). On breakpoint, two ghosts were coming at me at exact opposite directions so I just popped my armour lock and destroyed both in one big explosion. Aside from that, I only liked the forge/ customs and art style of reach. Everything else was the usual meh gameplay wise, and bungie's usual meh in the story department post Halo 2.I got a double kill when a fully loaded mongoose drove into me once in armor lock. I lol'd hardI really enjoyed Reach's game play and overall used the jetpack. The difference between Reach and say, Halo 3, is that Reach is more resourceful while Halo 3 is more tactical.Sprint was my thing on Reach for the most part. I like the faster gameplay of the more modern games to taking half an hour to travel around a map. When enemies had sprint I kind of got annoyed, as typically when beating them in a gun battle they'd sprint off and hide once their shields failed or came close to failing. That really disrupted some of the flow of play imo, and like armor lock used on non-vehicular maps, very cheap. Usually it would be the MLG tryhards though so it didn't save 'em for long.My favorite use of the jetpack was going 1v1 with a banshee on spire at the top, flying out above the ground with a fuel rod on limited ammo. Awesome skirmish, and I blew him up as he attempted to boost ram me in mid air.

Reach has the second best multiplayer in the series, it sucks that 343 seems to be taking the series in a fucktarded direction.

Reach is the worst game in the series. Armorlock never gave me any problems. When I was in a Banshee if someone uses AL that mean there is one less person shooting my Banshee. Some retards even use AL whenever I fly past even if I'm not attempting to shoot them.Jetpackers were the real threat. They aren't on the ground which greatly lessens my ability to kill them with the Bomb. The Reach Banshees "primary" plasma cannons are a complete joke in that game. To splatter them in the air is to risk getting jacked. Not to mention they can be shooting you while in the air.
