Help me build a good Pokemon team

Aight I could use some advice for building a solid team.

Here's what I got so far:

Goodra
-Calm Nature
Item: Leftovers

-Ice Beam
-Rain Dance
-Toxic
-Rest

Scizor
-Adamant Nature
Item: Life Orb

-Bullet Punch
-Swords Dance
-Aerial Ace
-U-Turn

Gliscor
-Impish Nature
Item: Toxic Orb

-Earthquake
-Substitute
-Toxic
-Knock Off

Swampert: Mega
-Adamant Nature
Item: Swampertite

-Ice Punch
-Waterfall
-Earhquake
-Rain Dance

That's mainly it so far, the rest is usually interchangable. Any suggestions on how to improve or what to add? I might give Gliscor Earthquake, and give Scizor Toxic and Venoshock.

Since I have 2 Pokemon that benefit from Rain Dance, I could stick a Swift Swim Ludicolo in there maybe.

I would rather not try to achieve the impossible. The internet hip-ness comes and goes so quickly, I could never keep up.

I took a level 100 Dedenne to the Pokemon League and wrecked faces.

Those teams are all built around mega-khan which is retardedly broken and their weird ass battle format causes less team variety. And I'm pretty sure they can only use Pokemon caught in the most recent game
