Because it's not the modeller's fault? The models themselves are high quality and fine, disregarding aesthetics. They can't change the reference they're given.

Also 3D artists are as much artists as any other artist reeeeeee

The battle rifle's TTK is outragous though. I can't tell if the rate of fire is higher or the lack of spread and better hit registration makes it so everyone is basically host and 4 shots you across Standoff

The lack of BR spread is nice but my god, you get pinpoint accuracy and just drop somebody in 4 shots on the opposite side of Sandtrap

legit the only good weapon sound to come out of 343 is the noise the Storm rifle makes when you pick it up in H4

You can mod back in all the original Halo 3 weapon models. I did for all except the AR, Rocket Launcher and Pistol.

Yeah, I only recall seeing the Wraith in the Heavies version of the map back then.

Regular BTB Valhalla only had the Banshee and Warthog.

Those CTF/Assault games on Avalanche when the entire team was in vehicles driving as a convoy going across the map... good times

lmao, I only played that shit today 'cause my niece wanted to play that "halo game" on the xbox, and I dominated. Nobody went for the power weapons or powerups, and nobody knew how to use grenades

God man Standoff is such a shit map and super overrated. I don't understand why people love it so much.
