Besides, even if I was being serious, would the fact that the PC version doesn't have campaign invalidate my point? It'd just mean the PC version is better. But either way, since I'm not being serious and enjoy the Campaign from a gameplay standpoint, there's no problem really.

So after a year of being adamantly against Halo 5, I got the LE for free and will be coming in the mail next week.

I already refuse to play the campaign, how disappointed will I be in the multiplayer? Is it really worth 343 abandoning the MCC over?

I like it tbh, Vehicles still get raped by Small Arms but not anywhere near as bad as Reach and 4, and custom games are sweet.

The Campaign is still fun despite how bad the actual story is, imo. Multiplayer can be give or take, I'd rather be playing H2A though.

I know some players from the Halo 3 days who think the Multiplayer is ass, and others who love it/think it's even better so I don't really know whether you'll like it or not tbh.

I can't give you a good opinion I have of Reach because 99% of my matchmade games were in the Invasion playlist.

4 was okay but I didn't like how downsized it felt. Also buying new maps only to have them completely taken out of the rotation in all playlists left a sour taste in my mouth, I didn't get to play any of the last map pack maps until I played them on MCC.

You won't be missing much with the campaign given the story is complete shit and the gameplay is incredibly lackluster, just your standard FPS campaign with nothing memorable.

Multiplayer is dependent on if you like Spartan Abilities. I personally hate them so the multiplayer is pretty meh for me. Fun for about 2 games and then I don't play it again for a few months. It's a step up from 4 and Reach but still pretty meh. H2A is what Halo 5 should have been.
