I would. I mean, I have the day off the next day. But I've pre orsdered off amazon so it would be wierd to go to GAME but not get it there.

I have the digital edition so it'll be ready to play as soon as the clock hits 9:00 pm and I won't have to sit in a line full of sweaty nerds for two hours before picking it up.

If there is I might go, because I work late on Tuesdays and have to go through the town centre where there's a GAME store that usually holds them.

Ah, see I walked into the local gamestop and asked if they will do a midnight launch and to my surprise they said yes. So I pre-ordered and will pick it up then. Otherwise I would have just gotten it there on release day.

I've been to every midnight release since halo 3 but I won't be able to go to this one

I know that, I'm just saying there's definitely more to it that we don't know. Like how Cortana's ghost states, "the reclamation....you have three days"

In the lore itself did the Covenant wear the same armor they did in Reach during the events of CE, 2 and 3? Also I take it the Marine armor in CE got replaced with the Reach version so that isn't canon as well?

I actually got this question answered by 343 a while back. Where applicable, anniversary designs overwrite original designs. Like the Gravemind or covenant armour.

Tbh I think I'm just gonna get digital and preload so I don't have to wait until 8:00 for amazon to deliver it, and then spend another hour installing it. It's not like physical copies have cool swag anymore.

Yeah, miss the old days of those thick Halo booklets with weapon descriptions, lore, etc.... I cherish the ones I have for CE-Reach, then they stopped. Probably will also just get digital because of convenience.

Indeed. Love how it remixes familiar parts of Halo's original theme with a fast-paced string arrangement in between. I also like the synth noises of Kamtchata and Light is Green. Very Mass Effect-ish to me, and a good fit for Locke and Osiris.
