Halo 3 came out 9 years ago today

9 years ago the last Halo game was released. This was the first game I had a chance to really sit down and play on Xbox Live with and was my first Xbox 360 game. I met a bunch of people I still talk to, including all you guys.

Had so many great times on Halo 3. Had Grifball match where I went 120 and 10, a match where me and a random were the only ones left on our BTB team and we still won against a full team, and a BTB Heavies match on Sandtrap where I was using the Gauss Hog to snipe people from across the map on one of the sand hills.

 Oh Halo 3, even with your god awful netcode I still had endless amounts of fun in matchmaking, campaign, and custom games.

What are some of your best memories with Halo 3?

I wasn't a 50, but I had a lot of fun with Halo 3. Not to say it was perfect, because it wasn't, but it was the first game I had for the 360 and one of the games that I played the longest (multiplayer-wise).
