gonna have to decide between this and TLoU2 (which i haven't read the leaks of, but i'm aware that people don't like it)

It’s from the same guys behind inFamous so that’s earned my purchase already, all 3 games were absolutely solid titles and I have little to no criticism of them.

Apparently they’ve taken great care in historical accuracy too and are implementing the same “your choices matter” feature as the inFamous games, really looking forward to it.
