Gaming Headsets

So I'm looking for a new headset to buy, with a limit of (around) £100. Reason being my stupidity got my X12s snapped, plus it's my birthday soon. I want something that can work with my laptop, my 360 and my One (with the adapter thingy I guess). Any ideas on what I should get?

Turtle Beaches?

Literally I only use the standard headsets that come with my system. My original headset that came with my Arcade back in 07 and got some Halo 4 Trittons for Christmas. They broke some how and replaced them with some cheap Turtle Beaches. Don't see the differences between the two

Triton Trigger headsets are good, not expensive as such, yet not cheap cheap.

I had a set, but I haven't been treating them well so they've busted.

If I recall correctly, they sell headsets too. Well, Sennheiser does. I'm unsure about the other two.

I used mine on my friend's X1 and they worked fine for me.

Lucky then, I just know that quite a few models don't

I use X12s (because they were $40 at Best Buy), but I'm getting Astro A40s soon. A40s are around $220-$250 though. You could get Turtle Beaches, Trittons or even a pair of Sennheiser PC260s for around $130-$150.

Way overpriced IMO. I don't see a reason to pay $300 for a headset.
