Games that had that one, difficult level that took you forever to pass?

Planet Snivelak in Ratchet and Clank: Going Commando was a bitch.

The game was pretty much a breeze until this level, then the difficulty spike goes through the roof astronomically. If you don't have the right weapons and armor, you're going to be here a LONG time.

And the boss battle in this level will literally take you like 2 hours.

The only trap that killed me was the first mimic you encounter (Oh boy look a chest - OH GOD WHAT THE FUCK IS IT DOING dead). Other than that, I got through without issue. Do people have a habit of getting themselves killed rather easy on this game or something?
