Today is the 20th Anniversary of FFVII and this year marks the 30th Anniversary for Final Fantasy in December. Today SE hosted an event in Tokyo to celebrate the occasion:

>No news on FFVII but there was some art work.
>FFXII: The Zodiac Age will be released June 11th.
>Episode Gladio for FFXV will be released March 28th.
>Episode Prompto will be released later in June.
>Balthier will be added as a summoned character for World of Final Fantasy before the Zodiac Age releases.

I don't really see why game anniversaries matter to be honest
