Like I said, I can't think of any other game where the stupidity is imposed on you. When I play Street Fighter, if I'm playing against idiots online, I can't really complain, because I let them in my lobby. Or I entered their lobby. You can't "invade" people in Street Fighter.

That's my problem--they're invasions. Why do they have to be invasions? Why can't they just make it so it says something like, "StupidDarkSoulsPlayer123 is challenging you to a battle. Do you accept? Y/N"

If it was like that, I would have no problem with Dark Souls. Because that way, I wouldn't have to play offline just to enjoy the damn game.

I really like Fire Emblem and Tales of Symphonia though.

Fire Emblem is fun, though I am ashamed to say I got into the series due to Awakening. I went back and played most of the older ones after though.

the pokemon world seems really fun and exciting and wholesome and would definitely be my choice if i had to live in a video game fantasy world
