I'm tentatively interested, but I wouldn't recommend that anyone get their hopes up.

Ambitious mods like this for Bethesda games get planned and started up all the time, but rarely if ever do they see completion while reaching the promised quality of content.

Even Tamriel Rebuilt, which has been in development for years now, is only partially complete. And this is after they gave up on the main continent and decided to focus solely on Morrowind.

That's always the issue when people want to basically make their own AAA game from just volunteer work. The TES Renewal team is probably the largest modding group out there and they took 5 years to complete Morrowblivion, even with most of the resources being imported.

That's why most mods just make small changes to the environment or gameplay to improve the vanilla game.
