This. I'm confident that the new engine will be great, and they've already set a precedent for quality so I have high expectations. Take as long as you want, Bethesda- just make sure this isn't Skyrim round 2.

Fallout 4 has a way bigger chance of coming out before Half Life 3 does considering Bethesda's track record with their recent games. Then again Valve is releasing Source 2 early next year so who knows.
