Well it's true. Unless they fixed the Fallout 3/NV issue of there being nothing to do the gunplay is the only saving grace.

Except you never find those things. At least New Vegas wasn't as bad. I actually enjoyed playing New Vegas because I could see things to explore. Fallout 3 was just a mess.

Something about how he can't stop sucking dick.
I mean

Fallout 3 gets hated on a lot, but one of the more consistent things that's liked about it, as opposed to New Vegas, is the world to explore. NV was a great game, but shit was nothing but deserts with small settlements here and there.

personally i like having a little bit of control over it rather than it being totally random. honestly felt like i got critical hits too often in the previous games.
Maybe Luck determines how fast or frequent you can execute it? Idk, we'll see.
