Splatoon literaly plays like Destiny is some matches. When Im not getting runover by 70 billion tornados and spawn trapped, the ghost of some guy I just killed two seconds ago is running me over with a paint roller from the other side of the map.

is connection based matchmaking, or at least a reigon filter like some kind of sin in japan? Did Paladin Laagroy pay them in souls and humanity or some shit?

Why is fucking Black Ops 2 with like a dozzen people online the only game where I can find a decent match on Wii U?

It's not exclusive to nintendo, you get this in a lot of online games.

Ping based matchmaking/region filters are the best way to deal with it I think. Let the BRs play with other BRs and the EUs with the EUs <_<
