I don't dig the cheesy X-Files music, but this is pretty good so far. I'm not sure what the point of this episode is, though, since we already know the truth about Chief and his clone.

Maybe its about the people discovering how the Spartan program worked. Unless that is now public knowledge in the cannon.

Doesn't sound like it much. It still seems as if the S2 program is mostly kept quiet in favour of promoting the S4s

Why is Oni-Chan still covering up the Spartan II program after they've been so adamant about dumping all of the blame on Dr. Halsey?

Couldnt they just say she was using Parangosky's nudes to blackmail them, and they had no choice?

Because theres bound to be some people who realise a lot of ONIs higher ups had to verify it...and there's going to be a lot of unhappy people who will see it as ONI kidnapping kids even if Halsey somehow blackmailed to top agency in the human race.
