I have to put the discs in and out sometimes for it to finally start reading, and my Xbox makes the most ungodly sounds for a few seconds after a disc is put in.

Its a day one Xbox, I am going to have to replace it eventually but I was hoping I could hold out longer..

Half the games I have for my Xbox one are digital. When I do use a disc I don't have an issue though.
